History
Pal Industries Was Incorporated In The Year 1976 By Mr. Gurpal Singh With A Vision To Have State Of Arts Heat Treatment Through Induction Hardening. He Made Valuable Contributions To The Automobile Industry Over A Period Of Years And Gained Reputation In The Field Of Profile Heating. The Company Started It’s Production From Noida In The Year 1981 And Catered To Customized Needs Of Every Large, Medium And Small Scale Industry In Automobile Segment.
Earlier Company Started Its Production With Valve Based Induction Heating Machines, Working On Very High Frequency Of 450KHZ. In That Period TV Industry Was At A Boom And Picture Tube Too Used Induction Heating For Aluminum Band Expansion And Greater Flashing Adding Lot Of New Customers And Opening Of A New Segment For Induction Heating.
In Year 2000 Pal Industry Shifted To Sold State Technology From Valve Based Technology Looking At The Higher Efficiency Of IGBT As Compared To Valve Based Machines. Today They Are One Of The Biggest Manufacturers Of Induction Hardening Machines In North Indian And Compete With Any Other Manufacturer Of Such Mahcines Globally. They have Over 1000 Successful Installations As On Date And Their First Made Machine Is Still In Use In Bajaj Motors, Gurgaon.

Mr Manmeet Singh Bhatia, M.D Mankiran Electronics Private Limited, Started His Venture In Year 1997 And Had Designed Over 300 Designs For Corporates, Is A New Business Partner Of Pal Industries

Today The Company Is Supplying Induction Heating Machines In Medium, High And Ultra High Frequencies From 3khz To 1100khz. The Machines Made By Pal Industries Are Used Extensively In Hardening ,Tempering, Brazing And Annealing Of Shaft, Gears, Ball Pin, Fork, Sprocket, Rotor, Crank, Copper Lugs, Copper And Silver Brazing Etc. Various Heating Coils Can Be Used For Heating Id/Spline Or Od Through Fixed Or Scanning With Or Without Part Rotation And Can Have Desired Part Hardness And Profile With Repeatability
